So super excited to join in on celebrating Jacquie and Katie's new book, 'Quilting Modern'! When this book arrived on my doorstep a few weeks ago, I was squealing with delight and I'm quite sure my neighbors were concerned for my sanity at that very moment.
As I flipped through page after page of gorgeous quilty goodness, I fell head over heels in love with the 'Blind Co-Pilot Quilt'. Wha?? Wonky triangles ???? Yes ma'am!
I needed to try this stitch and flip triangle technique and I knew right away what fabric I wanted to use. That sweet little bundle of Liberty Art Fabric magic that I was so fortunate to aquire while at Quilt Market(more about that in a few days :P) last month. Thank you, Angela! *hugs*

The stitch and flip technique is SO super easy, but oh so effective. I whipped up this pretty little mat yesterday with no trouble and I'm quite pleased with the results. It started out square, but it kept beggin me to be round. :P
