I've had some lavender sitting in my fabric closet (what used to be the linen closet) for a few months now. I' bought it with the intent to make little scented sachets with it. Well, the thought kind of bored me after a while. I wanted to make something different. Sooooooo......I pulled out the ole sketchbook and came up with these! (I know, I know......I have ten billion other things I should be working on. But sometimes you can't control these types of crafty urges.)
Lavender filled trivets! Yay! (You can see the backs on my Flickr)
Put a hot pot of tea on it and the heat fills the room with a lovely lavender aroma.
Or you can put it in your linen closet......
Or you can just hang it up somewhere........
Or you can sit at your desk and smell it .......
